The staff was friendly and welcoming. The first room we had was not completely clean. We notified the employee working front desk, and he apologized and gave us a new room right away. This hotel is a bit outdated.

i been under a tremendous amount of stress and add to that all the times i been ridiculed and kicked out of places for not wearing a muzzle, it's no excuse for bad behavior, the staff here has been really wonderful, everyone very professional, everything very clean, breakfast is amazing, i just see everyone working very hard... forgive me i have ineffective coping and when I'm hurting i lash out at others... I'm sorry and i will do better highly recommend this hotel extremely superior and they don't force anyone to do anything so if people want to voluntarily cover their face they should absolutely be free to do so without harassment from the rest of us🖖

We were in Lakeland for our son's fall graduation at Southeastern University. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and quiet. Also we were close to restaurants and other places to shop. Ps...we were at Hampton Inn that has a Applebee's next door, sorry about the confusion on places close to shop Management is correct in that it is not within walking distance, but our drive to places would be fifteen minutes or so and that was fine with us. It is better not to have people mislead my apologies. Thanks!

The room is clean and up to my standards for a standard hotel room. Spacious with 2 beds. View is of the Applebees next door but we aren’t here for the view from our room so I am just making note. The breakfast was extremely bland and was more like a mechanical soft diet meal you receive as a hospital patient.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean including our room. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants. Overall a great stay!

We loved this place! The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. There is nothing to complain about. This will be our stop every time we visit our family! I do recommend this hotel!

Very Clean,Big rooms. Staff is very friendly. Pet Friendly. Food is just a walk away. You have options on food too. Highly recommend to stay here..
